Educational Organization located in Georgia; USA looking for expert vendor for Customer Support Call Centre Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Customer Support Call Centre Services for Educational Organization.
(2) Mandatory pre proposal conference will be held on February 24, 2012.
(3) Vendor should receive Customer’s calls from telephone lines between 8.00 am to 7.00 pm., Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. excluding administrative holidays.
(4) Vendor should also provide monthly report which contain information like calls answered, calls referred back to Customer.  
(5) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for four (4) additional one year periods.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
