[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound telemarketing, database and inventory management and other related services for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2014 and it may extend for two additional one year periods.
(3) Vendor should provide live, toll-free operator response in English, and French-Canadian. and responsible for capturing inquiries to the 800 line.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
