[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Call Center Services for Government Authority.
(2) Vendor should host and monitor an existing toll free phone number for intake calls.
(3) The estimated contract period is February 1, 2012 – June 30, 2012.
(4) Vendor should have existing staff to answer the existing toll free line Monday to Friday from at least 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the contract period.
(5) Track all calls in an electronic format Excel, etc.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
